Cancellations
Please give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another guest.
Running late
We hold appointments for 15 minutes. After that we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.
Groups and bridal
Parties of four or more require a $20 per guest deposit, applied to your final bill.
Fix guarantee
If a gel set chips or lifts within 5 days, come back and we will fix it at no charge.
Questions before you book
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, whenever a technician is free. Weekday mornings are the easiest time to walk in. Weekends book up, so we recommend an appointment.
How long does a gel manicure last?
Most clients get two to three weeks of wear. Our 5-day fix guarantee covers any early chips or lifting.
Can I bring my own polish?
Of course. We will apply it for the same price as a regular polish service.
Is the spa accessible?
Yes. We are on the ground floor with a step-free entrance and an accessible restroom.
