Cookie Policy

What cookies and similar technologies are, how this website currently uses them and the controls available to you.

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Current cookie status

DigiDesk does not currently install analytics, advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies on this website. The site may use strictly necessary browser storage or hosting technologies required for security and delivery. If this changes, we will update this policy and introduce consent controls where required.

1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how DigiDesk uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more broadly.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website or service stores in your browser. They can support essential functions, remember settings, measure performance or help deliver advertising. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags and identifiers. Some are set by the website you visit; others may be set by a third-party service embedded in that website.

3. How this website currently uses cookies

Based on the website’s configuration as of the last-updated date:

  • We do not intentionally set analytics cookies.
  • We do not intentionally set advertising, retargeting or cross-site behavioral cookies.
  • We do not use a cookie to keep visitors signed in because this website does not currently offer visitor accounts.
  • The current contact, booking and quote forms do not require persistent tracking cookies from DigiDesk.

Normal web requests still include technical information such as an IP address and browser headers. That processing is described in our Privacy Policy and is not necessarily cookie-based.

4. Strictly necessary technologies

Strictly necessary technologies may be used to deliver pages, balance traffic, protect forms, prevent abuse, maintain security or remember a privacy choice. These technologies are used only when needed for the requested service and are not used by DigiDesk for behavioral advertising.

5. Netlify hosting

This website is intended to be hosted on Netlify. Netlify processes network and service information to operate and secure its platform. Netlify may use cookies for its own websites and account services, but those practices are governed by the Netlify Privacy Statement. The cookies used on netlify.com are not automatically the same as cookies used on a customer website hosted by Netlify.

6. Third-party content and links

Links may take you to third-party websites. If we later embed scheduling, video, chat, maps, analytics or other third-party content, those services may set their own cookies. We will update this policy and provide any legally required notice or consent mechanism before enabling non-essential tracking technologies.

7. Your browser controls

Most browsers let you view, delete or block cookies and clear local site data. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent some features from working. The available controls vary by browser and device, so consult your browser’s help documentation for current instructions.

8. Do Not Track and preference signals

Because DigiDesk does not currently use advertising or behavioral analytics cookies on this website, there is no advertising-cookie profile to change in response to browser Do Not Track settings. If future technology triggers legal obligations related to recognized preference signals, we will implement appropriate handling.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we add, remove or change website technologies. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision. Material additions of non-essential cookies will be accompanied by consent controls where applicable.
