Terms and Conditions

The rules that apply when you access the DigiDesk website, submit an inquiry or use information published here.

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Important

These terms govern use of this website. Any paid project or ongoing service will be governed by the proposal, statement of work or other written agreement accepted by DigiDesk and the client.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. “DigiDesk,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the DigiDesk business operating this website.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms. If you use the website for a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization and bind it to these terms.

3. Website information

We provide information about web development, SEO, automation, AI solutions, virtual assistance and related business topics. Website content is general information and may not reflect the requirements of a particular project. We may update, remove or change content, availability, examples and service descriptions at any time.

Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, medical or financial advice. You are responsible for obtaining advice appropriate to your situation.

4. Services, proposals and estimates

Submitting a form, booking a call or requesting a quote does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Project scope, fees, payment terms, schedules, responsibilities, ownership and other service terms become binding only when stated in a proposal, statement of work, order form or agreement accepted by the relevant parties.

Any website price, timeframe, example or estimate is informational unless expressly included in an accepted written agreement. Results depend on many factors, including market conditions, client cooperation, content, platforms and third-party systems; no specific ranking, revenue, lead volume or business outcome is guaranteed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, servers, accounts or connected systems.
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, excessive automated requests or other material that interferes with operation or security.
  • Scrape, copy or systematically extract website content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity or submit information you do not have the right to provide.
  • Use website content in a way that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.

6. Information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit. You grant us permission to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate your request, provide requested services and operate our business. Do not submit confidential or highly sensitive information before appropriate confidentiality and security arrangements are in place.

7. Intellectual property

The website’s design, text, graphics, code, branding and other content are owned by DigiDesk or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for your internal, non-commercial evaluation. No other license is granted. Client ownership of project deliverables is governed by the applicable written service agreement.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

8. Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Netlify for hosting. We do not control third-party websites, platforms, availability, security or policies. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or permanent availability of any content. Maintenance, technical failures, security events and circumstances outside our control may interrupt access.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” DigiDesk disclaims warranties that may otherwise apply, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiDesk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or data, arising from use of or inability to use this website. For claims arising solely from website use, DigiDesk’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to access the website or USD $100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

12. Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

13. Governing terms and disputes

A signed client agreement may specify governing law and dispute procedures for services. For website-only disputes, applicable law and the courts with lawful jurisdiction over DigiDesk will govern, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern.

14. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining terms will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our website, services or legal obligations change. The revised version applies from the date posted, shown by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
